I've always been fascinated by what helps people thrive at work and why success comes more easily to some leaders and organizations than others. For nearly 20 years, I've had the privilege of helping leaders and organizations navigate change, strengthen leadership, and build organizational cultures where people have the clarity, support, and opportunity to succeed.

As an executive coach and organizational consultant, I partner with leaders to gain clarity, strengthen their leadership skills, broaden their perspective, and move toward their goals with intention. I also help organizations create cultures where expectations are clear, opportunities are accessible, and people have what they need to grow and contribute.

As the daughter of immigrants, I became curious about the unwritten rules of success. I wanted to understand why some people seemed to instinctively know how to navigate organizations while others with just as much talent were left trying to figure it out on their own. That curiosity became the foundation of my work. Today, I help leaders navigate those unwritten rules with greater confidence, and I help organizations make them less mysterious by building cultures where success is clear, growth is intentional, and people can thrive.

My career has taken me across higher education, nonprofits, consulting, and mission driven organizations, giving me a broad perspective on leadership, organizational culture, employee experience, and organizational change. I also bring formal coaching training through iPEC® and am a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®), helping leaders and teams build greater cultural competence and work more effectively across differences.

Outside of work, I'm a mom to two incredible boys, an avid podcast listener, an art enthusiast, and an unapologetic thrift store explorer. I'm fascinated by stories, creativity, and culture because they all offer new ways of seeing the world. That curiosity doesn't stop when I'm off the clock. It shapes how I think, how I lead, and how I partner with clients.
