With over almost 20 years of experience advancing equity across education, nonprofits, and cross-sector organizations, I help leaders grow their strengths, lead with purpose, and build inclusive, values-aligned workplaces.
At the core of my work is a commitment to justice, dignity, and better understanding how people show up and grow in the workplace. I bring a mix of strategy, empathy, and cultural insight to every engagement, supporting clients in making organizational strategy and equity actionable and sustainable across generations and industries.
I specialize in helping organizations navigate complex change, develop accessible workplace strategies, and support the growth of nontraditional, emerging, and leaders of color. Every person and organization is different, and I take pride in co-creating solutions that are grounded in trust, cultural practice, and your unique vision for impact.
Outside of consulting, I’m a reader, traveler, and art lover. As a hobby, I run a small shop—BLK + GFTD—that celebrates African-inspired digital design, and also I collect work from emerging Black artists. The creative process and art absolutely show up in all of my work. Most importantly, I’m a partner, mother to two amazing kids, and student of life—always learning, growing, and leading with purpose.
I don’t promise perfection, but I do promise progress. Whether it’s shifting culture, coaching a new leader, designing a new policy, or expanding what’s possible—I’d be honored to support your evolution.
